ho intitolato questo post così perchè avvicinandosi Natale ho riguardato le fotografie dello scorso anno e mi sono accorta che non vi ho fatto vedere i regali che ho fatto alle mie amiche Alda e Elena.

Tutto è cominciato quando in un mercatino artigianale nell'estate del 2012 ho visto una borsa di paglia per la spiaggia, di quelle capienti, abbellite con un paio di rose fatte con le cerniere o da un paio di fiocchi confezionati con i metri ..... beh che dire le rose con la cerniera mi hanno affascinato ....

Pensando subito alle mie amiche ho chiesto il prezzo per poterne acquistare due, diciamolo il prezzo era secondo me esorbitante, c'è da dire che io di solito do il giusto peso al tempo alla lavorazione, facendo lavori e creazioni manuali so quanto impegno ci vuole ... ma sono rimasta comunque male ....

il giorno dopo nemmeno a farlo apposta andando al mercato ho trovato un venditore di ceste in vimini che tra le altre cose aveva anche le borse di paglia in diverse misure ..... ho preso una giusta via di mezzo non troppo piccole ma nemmeno esagerate e ho inziato a pensare.

Tornata dalle vacanze sono andata in merceria e mi sono evoluta ..... in effetti invece di applicare solo due rose ho comprato diverse decine di cerniere in colori ben prestabiliti, trasformate le cerniere in rose le ho applicate alla borsa secondo un disegno prestabilito ed ecco cosa è saltato fuori ....
