CI SONO ANCORA ...... THERE ARE STILL ......

ebbene si ci sono ancora .... in effetti mi dovrei vergognare ben 18 mesi senza scrivere nulla .... dovrei proprio vergognarmi, ma ho avuto veramente tanto da fare ..... ho finito di ristrutturare casa (vi avevo lasciato ancora con le ultime cose da fare e la casa sottosopra), beh quella parte è finita.

I finished renovating the house (I had left yet with the latest things to do and the house upside down), well that part is over.

Poi c'è stata mia figlia che ha affrontato gli esami di terza media per cui ero occupatissima a sostenerla, aiutarla, sentirle la tesina per l'orale, poi la scelta definitiva degli studi per le superiori tra Liceo Scientifico e Liceo artistico ..... e a settembre scorso ha iniziato la prima superiore .... la scelta è ricaduta sul LICEO ARTISTICO .... pensavo fosse una scuola, nonostante fosse un liceo, più semplice rispetto a tante altre ma non sapete quanto mi sbagliavo!!!!
Ha mantenuto una buona media generale e ha eccelso in quasi tutte le materie, nonostante tutto ha voti alti anche nelle materie scientifiche ..... e diciamocela tutta il mondo degli artisti è davvero vario ma pazzo .... frequenta il liceo della VILLA REALE di Monza ..... quando si va ai colloqui si entra in un altro mondo ...... sia per la struttura, appunto la Villa Reale di Monza che è bellissima, sia per le persone che sono un mondo a parte ..... gli artisti.

Then there was my daughter who faced tests of eighth grade that I was very busy to support, help, hear the term paper for oral, then the final choice of studies for high school between High School and Art School ... .. and last September began the first top .... the choice fell on HIGH SCHOOL ART .... He kept a good overall average and has excelled in almost all subjects, although everything has high marks even in science ..... and let's face throughout the world of artists is really varied but crazy .... she attends a school of VILLA REAL Monza ..... when you go to interviews you enter another world ...... both for the structure, just the Villa Reale in Monza which is beautiful, is for people who are a world apart ..... the artists.

Ho lavorato facendo fiocchi nascita, ma tutte cose che avevo già postato quindi non vi metto nessuna foto le avete già viste tutte.

Cosa più importante mi sono imbarcata in una passione che avevo da tempo e che per mancanza di tempo non sono mai riuscita ad affrontare, IL PATCHWORK!!

Così siccome di tempo ne ho già poco ( e si vede per scrivere 18 mesi!) ho frequentato un corso organizzato dal centro culturale del paese dove vivo ... Vedano al lambro ... e nel giro di 8 mesi facendo una lezione ogni 15 giorni, e a volte saltandole pure, sono riuscita a fare una copertina che guardando su internet sembra sia il primo lavoro di patchwork per eccellenza, ci sono molti blocchi base per cui imparati quelli poi si può spaziare a piacimento.

So since I already have little time (and it shows to write 18 months!) I attended a course organized by the cultural center of the country where I live ... Vedano al Lambro ... and within eight months doing a lesson every 15 days, and sometimes not being able to attend them well, I could do a cover that looking on the internet seems to be the first work of patchwork for excellence, there are many building blocks so learned ones then you can wander at will.

La mia è sui toni del lilla e del viole (questo è il mio periodo viola come per i pittori!!)

Ora ho già preparato il sandwich .... retro,imbottitura e top ... ed ho già iniziato la trapuntatura, a mano perchè purtroppo non ho la macchina da cucire adatta per la quiltatura .... quindi quando mi chiedono come sta andando la trapuntatura (mi hanno anche chiesto di esporre la coperta alla mostra di questa associazione culturale) dico sempre che se vado avanti così forse per il 2026 sarà finita!!!!
